The Teen Creative Agency (TCA) is the MCA’s intensive, creative youth leadership program for Chicago-area teens ages 15–19. Members come from all over Chicagoland. TCA meets weekly at the museum every Saturday from September through June and collaborates on developing creative projects and curating public events.

Teen Creative Agency Applicant Criteria:
- 14–18 years of age
- A Chicago-area resident
