About the Event

Engage with youth facilitators from Chicago Freedom School (CFS) as they use popular education practices to demonstrate CFS’s dedication to liberatory education. CFS is an organization inspired by the Freedom Schools of the civil rights era that empowers young people to take action for justice and social change in their personal lives and their communities through youth programs, youth organizing, workshops and trainings, and more.

Youth-Led Programs are organized by Christiana Castillo, Manager of Learning, Youth Interpretive Programs.
